After 21 years we are even more Passionate about promoting this opportunity, changing lives worldwide

We will never lose the personal touch and, are eager to guide you along the way. Helping each other out is a welcome change to self-interest. Our members lives are enriched as Sitters and Homeowners make the fair exchange in the HouseCarers Community.
An occupied home is a safer home when you are away. And your pets are happier at home with their environment and routines intact.
We may not be the largest (we can claim to be the first!), but we have loyal Homeowners returning year after year. We have low overheads, and a worldwide network of Instigators, Partners and Helpers who get things done. We are not pressured in outlaying big marketing budgets to sign up more-and-more House sitters, or impress with fancy expensive office space. We are proud to be debt free!
We keep the balance right, so Homeowners are not inundated by applications. Quality not volume!
Our House Sitters tell us, they have Good Success by following our Guides. They find a whole new world of travel experiences, that they may not have been able to afford. We are more like a Housesitting Family than a Corporation.
